As our official UK charity partner, The Prince’s Trust is at the heart of our community efforts. We’re supporting young people who have faced disadvantage and adversity through in-person “World of Work” days, mentoring and resume support and fundraising events designed to help young people across the UK.
Worldpayers recently took part in the annual Palace to Palace fundraising event to raise money for this amazing cause. Congratulations to all those who took part!
Here’s what Worldpayers had to say about the experience.
“It’s my second time completing Palace to Palace, and I love it. We get to win as a team and give back to our local community. Some Worldpayers walked 13 miles, others cycled 45 miles, and a few brave souls managed to ride 90 miles through the Surrey Hills. A huge achievement for a great cause – the blisters and sore legs were worth it!”
Chris Wood, General Manager, SMB International and US SMB Direct
“It’s amazing to combine cycling, spending the day with my team and raising money in support of young people across the UK. I managed to complete the 92-mile course and change the lives of several young people along the way. A true win as a team moment, I couldn’t be prouder.”
Stephanie Reeley, Head of Digital Sales, Global SMB
“I walked with Worldpay colleagues and hundreds of others in Palace to Palace. It's incredible to be part of something so impactful through our charity partnership with the Prince's Trust and their mission to empower young people"
