Technical Depth pathway

Our two-year Technical Depth program is designed to support graduates who are ready to build deep, technical expertise within a specific Worldpay function. Across three eight-month rotations in your chosen area, you'll immerse yourself in technical projects and solve live complex problems with your team.

      Step 1: Apply

      ​​Learn everything you can about the role we offer and our culture. Like what you see? Hit ‘Apply’, upload your resume and tell us a little about yourself and why you’d be a great fit.

      Our team will review your application against the requirements for the role you’ve applied for. We’ll assess your skills and see if you’ll be a good fit for the team.

      Step 3: Video interview

      This is your chance to shine! We’ll ask you questions around what it takes to make your mark in the payments industry and how you would embody our values as a Worldpayer.

      Step 4: Assessment

      Our assessment will test your psychometric or technical skills. At this stage, we’re looking to get to know you better – understanding your strengths and where you’ll be best suited.

      Step 5: Offer

      The most exciting part! If you’re the ideal candidate, your recruiter will be in touch to confirm your offer and walk you through next steps. We’ll always try to offer feedback at this stage.
