Tell us about your role
As Director of Technology Strategy, I help shape Worldpay’s technology vision, and I drive strategic initiatives to deliver positive experiences for our colleagues and customers.
Why work in payments?
My career journey has been defined by curiosity. I’m fascinated by technology’s potential to solve complex business challenges. The payments industry offered a unique opportunity to add value to a space where technology is actively reshaping how we interact with money.
What do you like most about your role?
It’s the constant evolution – no two days are ever the same. The pace of change is exhilarating, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow and evolve. Bonus, I’m never bored.
What’s gives you job satisfaction?
Watching cross-functional teams come together to solve challenges and deliver amazing experiences. Seeing diverse minds collaborate and bring ideas to life to #WinAsATeam is incredibly motivating.
Any tips for someone considering a career in the industry?
Remember your unique insights and skills are valuable. It’s fast-paced, dynamic, and you can make a difference if you step out of your comfort zone, build strong relationships and keep learning.
