About the team:
The Global Payments Sales Customer Experience (CX) Product team drives strategy and builds software/API solutions that help our sellers and partners acquire (sell, quote, contract and onboard) merchants for accepting payments and other ancillary services. Our top priority is deeply understanding our customers and building world-class experiences. Because our team unifies capabilities across the Global Payments product portfolio, this is a highly collaborative team that works closely stakeholders across the enterprise as well as internal teams such as other product leaders, UX, engineering, operations and marketing.
What you will be doing:
In this role you will lead an API-focused product team that supports Partner and Merchant onboarding. You will manage the product development lifecycle from intake through development as well as partnering with cross functional teams to to bring the product to market. To measure success, you will drive the identification of objectives and key results and routinely monitor these key metrics. To ensure our strategy stays aligned, you will coordinate closely with other Product Owners across our global suite of partner and onboarding products.
