Job Description

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Inside Sales Representative II to join our ever-evolving Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9).
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
What you’ll bring
2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or in a direct selling role.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools).
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

It’s a bonus if you have
Background in SAAS or payments is a plus.
Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a bonus
