Earlier this year, our heritage LGBTQ+ ERG and Inclusion Network combined to form a new PRIDE Inclusion Community at Global Payments. As we prepared for Pride month, it gave us the perfect opportunity to reconnect, re‑energize and bring colleagues together across the globe.
We created space for meaningful conversations, with virtual hangouts and a global fireside chat with our Chief People, Culture and Change Officer and PRIDE executive sponsor, Nichole Viviani.
Pride Month was also full of moments that celebrated connection and community for our Globalpayers, from comedy nights and Pride parades to fundraising events and more.
Thank you to everyone who got involved and shared their stories. We can’t wait to see how this community continues to grow, foster belonging and help Globalpayers take their pride global.
