As we come together as one Global Payments, our leaders are spending time in our different regions - building connection, understanding and alignment.
Nichole Viviani, our Chief People, Culture and Change Officer, headed to LATAM, with stops in São Paulo, Brazil and Buenos Aires, Argentina to meet Globalpayers there.
Our LATAM teams are known for their outstanding client focus and exceptional commitment to delivering great service and Nichole got to hear about this first hand. She met one-on-one with local leaders to better understand what’s working, where challenges exist and how to best support the region moving forward.
She also hosted town halls in São Paulo and Buenos Aires, bringing team members together to connect and have open Q&As on a range of topics. Discussing the trip, Nichole said, “It was great to hear about all the amazing work being done across LATAM, which continues to be a growth region for us. I was blown away by how the local teams go above and beyond every day to think like a client.”
