What you’ll own
Training & Development: Complete the GP Academy program and build foundational skills in customer service and payments.
Customer Support Readiness: Learn how to handle inquiries across channels with professionalism and confidence.
Tools & Process Familiarity: Gain hands-on knowledge of systems, workflows, and best practices used in a global payments environment.
What you’ll bring
Open to college, SHS, or high school graduates, including fresh graduates, undergraduates, and career shifters who are eager to start a career in customer service.
Strong willingness to learn, with the drive to develop customer service skills and improve English communication in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to complete a 15–20 day training program with daily allowance and actively participate in all training activities.
Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Commitment to go through the full hiring process (virtual or onsite) and pursue opportunities for CSR, TSR, or Back Office roles after training.
It’s a bonus if you have
Basic background in customer service, BPO, or any client-facing role.
Exposure to Microsoft Teams, basic computer tools, or similar systems.
Strong typing skills and familiarity with email or chat-based communication.
