What you’ll own
- End-to-End Commercial Leadership
Own and drive the full revenue engine across SDR (pipeline generation) and Corporate Accounts (enterprise growth), ensuring strong pipeline creation, conversion, and alignment with global GTM and revenue priorities. - Team & Talent Development
Build, lead, and scale high-performing SDR and Corporate Accounts teams through targeted hiring, coaching, and mentorship. Foster a performance-driven, data-led culture anchored in clear KPIs, accountability, and continuous development. - Pipeline Optimization & Account Growth
Drive pipeline efficiency through refined segmentation, multi-channel engagement strategies, and strong marketing alignment. Accelerate enterprise growth by expanding key accounts, improving retention, and executing complex, high-value deals. - Transformation & Innovation
Elevate both functions into a scalable, best-in-class revenue engine by introducing innovative approaches, unlocking new revenue streams, and expanding strategic impact. - Operational Excellence & Collaboration
Strengthen forecasting, reporting, and sales processes using data, CRM tools, and analytics, while collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer experience and inform product and GTM strategies. - Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or account management within payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven experience managing both pipeline generation (SDR/Inside Sales) and enterprise account management teams.
- Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, issuing, cross-border payments, and merchant solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed teams across APAC and consistently delivering on revenue, pipeline, and retention targets.
- Strong commercial acumen in complex enterprise sales, with a data-driven mindset, CRM proficiency, and excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience in global payments platforms or high-growth fintech environments.
- Exposure to enterprise merchants across key verticals (e.g., e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, financial services).
- Experience building account-based sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong cross-cultural leadership experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.\
