What you’ll own
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager – Strategic Initiatives to lead and drive critical strategic projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of project goals with business objectives, and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.
Program Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and programs.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and ensure program alignment with organizational goals.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and drive strategic growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Facilitate regular meetings and updates with project teams and leadership.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish and maintain program management standards and methodologies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present program status reports, performance metrics and key findings for senior management.
Analyze program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to guide future initiatives.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational development, and change management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
Payments industry experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
MBA or advanced degree
