What you’ll own as the Sales Support Coordinator

• Provide timely and helpful support by responding to banking inquiries from both internal teams and external customers.
• Review and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Proactively pull and analyze daily reports while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
• Partner closely with Account Specialists to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation for review by auditors and leadership.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives that drive team and business success.
• Collaborate with internal customer service teams to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively

What you’ll bring

• Comfortable using basic office tools and eager to learn new systems and technology
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
• Provides friendly and responsive customer service, with a focus on helping others
• Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed
• Stays organized and keeps track of tasks to ensure work is completed on time
• Handles sensitive information responsibly and with care
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with coworkers and customers
