About the team
We are part of Merchant Acquiring domain and work on the world’s leading platform in this area. As a Worldpay total technical support desk, we are responsible for integrated payment application for one of the largest payment acquirer for UK customer. Proficiency on handling technical queries raised by customer related to our integrated on-desktop & cloud based application
What you will be doing-
Responsibilities
A candidate should be self & continuous learner, proactive in taking the ownership and serve customer and a good team player.
Working on Salesforce cases
Basic of SQL, Excel,
Communication with customer (UK based over the calls) & emails,
Technical support.
What you will bring –
Should have 1-3 years of experience.
