What you’ll own as the Senior Implementation Manager
- Work independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge.
- Apply overall industry, technical and product knowledge to the design of new integrations to be a business partner with internal or external customers rather than a technical contact.
- . Is comfortable in working in unstructured situations where creativity is needed. Brainstorms alternatives to a given problem. Participates in strategic planning and direction. Develops, documents and implements standards, guidelines, direction and education on process/procedures for staff. Assigned to highly visible, sensitive and critical systems. Typically requires a minimum of five years implementation and/or conversion or business systems analysis experience or experience in a related discipline with a demonstrated ability to handle high project complexity. Expected to mentor others on staff and is a role model for rest of team.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience in an Implementation or Business Systems analysis role within payments
- Deep payments industry knowledge with proven technical track record
- You are comfortable with working in unstructured situations with high levels of ambiguity where creativity is needed.
- Experience in developing, documenting and implementing standards, guidelines, direction and education on process/procedures for staff
It’s a bonus if you have
- Technical degree in Information Studies or related fields.
- Experience in mentoring junior peers
- Fluency in extra European languages both spoken and written e.g. French, Spanish, Italian, German, etc.
