We’re looking for a Head of Referral Partnership Strategy and Engagement to join our ever‑evolving Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team
Our Commercial team creates value for businesses of every size and industry – from globally recognized brands to new start‑ups. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers.
What you’ll own:
• Refine and execute the go‑to‑market (GTM) channel strategy with payment consultants, developing new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
• Establish market credibility through thought leadership, industry engagement, and advising firms on payment monetization strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Sales & Marketing, Product, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Lead the strategy and execution of 3rd‑party referral partner engagement, driving market expansion in embedded payments and fintech solutions.
Where you’ll own it:
You’ll own it in one of our thriving hubs- Cincinnati, Denver, or Atlanta. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.
What you bring:
• Strategic mindset and strong customer focus.
• Ability to ensure accountability and build effective teams.
• Deep understanding of Private Equity, payments, fintech solutions, and investment terminology.
• Proven ability to create advisory relationships within consulting communities.
• Courage of conviction and ability to collaborate across an enterprise.
Reporting line: This role reports directly to the Executive Lead, Business Development.
