Transformation Consultant II (product design)

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Transformation Consultant to join our ever evolving Merchant Solutions Product team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own

• Owning and designing solutions and processes to support new business initiatives and products, identifying and planning where operational gaps exist and solutions are required, identifying best in class solutions to technically challenging problems

• Working effectively with internal colleagues across operational, product and technology teams to create and define solution options, and package the best possible design

• Managing stakeholders across multiple business areas, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions

• Status reporting, both written and verbal, to senior leaders including progress, risks and issues

• Developing a wide understanding of business areas and processes across the scope of functionality being delivered

• Bringing leading-edge expertise of industry and technology to incorporate in to solutions which lead the way in design

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and legislation

• Communicate effectively across all other project resources and product workstreams as a key component of successful delivery

What you’ll bring

• Experience of creating detailed business, product and process analysis, outlining problems and opportunities, and designing and defining solutions

• Status reporting including risks and issues

• Detail orientated with a high level of accuracy and exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and experience of working in a regulated environment

• Strong stakeholder management across both peer group and leadership levels

• Self-motivated, driven individual with experience of owning and delivering on a varied workstack, handling multiple initiatives in parallel

• *Knowledge and experience in the Payments industry mandatory

• Fluent English
