Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Partnership Manager for Digital Partnerships to join our ever evolving team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
About the team
The Digital Partnerships team manages Worldpay’s relationship with critical digital service providers. These providers include companies such as System Integrators, Billing Platforms, Orchestration Layers, Streaming Platforms, Consultants and other organizations who provide services to Worldpay as part of its global payment platforms and solutions. As a money movement business, Worldpay’s relationships with these digital service providers is extremely critical to our overall value proposition and ability to deliver services to clients at scale and without disruption.
What you’ll own
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of digital service providers including billing platforms, orchestration layers, payment gateways, consultants and other related providers. You will own the overall relationship with each partner and ensure that the strategies of Worldpay and the partner are aligned to drive mutual growth. You will also be responsible for helping to identify and cultivate relationships with new partners where needed to meet business objectives.
Own day-to-day relationship with key digital service providers
Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share Worldpay performance, product roadmap, and other relevant information/updates with each financial service provider
Lead negotiations on contracts when up for renewal and/or adding new products, services, geographies, etc.
Work with internal teams (e.g., product, risk, treasury, etc.) to respond to any RFIs received from each digital services partner
Identify, evaluate, and build relationship with potential new digital services partners
Monitor volume, fees, and performance across your portfolio of financial service providers
What you bring
8+ years of experience leading key partnerships strongly preferred
A can-do attitude and excitement for driving business within a leading payments company
Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders across a variety of functions and geographies
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to seamlessly move from thinking about high-level strategy to being “in the weeds” on critical items
A passion and interest in financial services
Great organizational skills, with the ability to segment and compartmentalize information, documents, and relationships across a number of different partners
Added bonus if you have
Experience working in Partnership-oriented roles
Experience working in the Payments industry
Experience in Sales and Business Development
Experience being part of a new function/team within a larger organization
