Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Business Analyst: Salesforce & Sales Tools to join our ever‑evolving CRM & Sales Tools team.
What you’ll own
Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
Articulate product vision and user stories in a way that is easily understood by development teams.
Manage and refine the product backlog for one or more CRM and Sales Tools products.
Define user‑story acceptance criteria; accept/refine stories with Scrum teams for sprint readiness.
Capture and document operational requirements for change requests to ensure clarity and completeness.
Serve as the connector between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain alignment and effective communication.
Determine and manage backlog priorities, including items targeted for upcoming sprints.
Track and document third‑party vendor development and design for future reference and issue resolution.
Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure changes meet acceptance criteria.
Monitor development progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management approach.
Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development outcomes.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Fintech operational product experience/knowledge.
Knowledge of Salesforce and sales‑automation tools (beneficial).
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and systems‑development environments (preferred).
Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical, and people skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels.
Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to build effective relationships and gain agreement on audit/findings or recommendations with control owners prior to management presentation.
