Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Partnership Manager Specialist to join our ever-evolving Sales team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as the Partnership Manager Specialist
• Identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.
• Recruits, develops and manages strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines.
• Ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts.
• Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.
• Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.
• Works toward mutual goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance to senior leaders.
• Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
• Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of offered solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.
• Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
What you’ll bring
• Deep payments industry experience with strong understanding of ecosystems (issuers, acquirers, gateways, processors, compliance standards).
• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic alliances and partner programs that drive revenue and market share.
• Track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts, including building executive relationships and delivering customer success.
• Skilled in financial modeling and forecasting for partnerships, including ROI analysis and revenue projections.
• Strong sales and evangelism capabilities, able to influence senior stakeholders and present complex solutions clearly.
• Expertise in competitive strategy, monitoring market trends and implementing tactics to maintain account ownership.
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools for pipeline management and program performance tracking.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills to align mutual goals and execute joint GTM plans.
