London - Senior Transformation Program Manager
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Transformation Director (Open) to join our ever evolving Enterprise Segment Strategy & Planning Office and help us unleash the potential of every business.
The Enterprise Segment Strategy & Planning Office leads some of the business segment's largest, most complex initiatives, focused on segment‑wide strategy execution and business transformation. Our work spans multiple functions and geographies, bringing together people, processes, technology and operating models to deliver sustainable change at scale.
We are looking for a Program Manager to support delivery of key initiatives within the Worldpay and Global Payments integration and transformation program. This role will work closely with the Transformation Leader, providing coordination, planning and delivery support across one or more sub‑workstreams.
The role will help drive progress across multiple initiatives, partner with functional teams, and contribute to clear, structured updates for the Integration program, Transformation office, and broader Global Payment executive leadership.
You will be in the office 2-3 times a week in the Walbrook, London office.
What you’ll own
- Day‑to‑day management and coordination of multiple initiatives within the integration and transformation program, working closely with the Transformation Leader to support delivery against overall objectives
- Coordination of a portfolio of transformation initiatives, including maintaining plans, interdependencies, sequencing and delivery timelines
- Stakeholder engagement across core functions, supporting alignment, information flow and issue resolution
- Preparation of governance and executive‑level reporting, including progress updates, risks, issues, dependencies and decision points for senior forums and leadership read-outs
- Identification and escalation of delivery risks, operational gaps and interdependencies, working with the Transformation Leader and functional teams to support solution development
- Support for one or more enterprise sub‑workstreams, helping to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with the broader integration and transformation roadmap
- Support delivery of agreed solutions, helping teams navigate operational and technical complexity and ensuring outcomes are tracked through to completion
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering complex projects or programs, ideally within enterprise‑scale transformation, integration or change initiatives
- Background in project management, program management, transformation delivery or consulting, with exposure to strategy execution and operating model change
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, with confidence supporting materials and discussions at executive level
- Strong capability in producing clear, high‑quality reporting, including progress tracking, risks, issues and dependencies
- Ability to structure complex problems, track actions and support the development of practical, outcome‑focused solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and balance competing priorities
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and change
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, regulated or highly governed environments
