Enterprise Transformation Director - London

The Enterprise Segment Strategy & Planning Office leads some of the business segment's largest, most complex initiatives, focused on segment‑wide strategy execution and business transformation. Our work spans multiple functions and geographies, bringing together people, processes, technology and operating models to deliver sustainable change at scale.
We are looking for a Transformation Leader to own two critical sub‑workstreams within the the Worldpay and Global Payments integration and transformation program. This role will provide sub-workstream leadership, direction, and coordination across multiple complex initiatives, while partnering closely with functional leaders and providing clear, structured updates to the Integration program, Transformation office, and broader Global Payment executive leadership
You will be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week in Walbrook, London.
What you’ll own
Leadership of two enterprise sub‑workstreams, ensuring alignment to overall integration and transformation objectives
Oversight and coordination of a portfolio of complex transformation initiatives, managing interdependencies, sequencing and delivery risks
Senior stakeholder engagement, working closely with functional leaders across Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and other core areas
Executive‑level reporting and governance, providing clear written and verbal updates to leadership on progress, risks, issues, dependencies and decision points
Identification of operational and functional gaps, developing and recommending best‑in‑class solutions aligned to enterprise strategy
Ownership of solution outcomes, guiding teams to resolve technically and operationally complex challenges
How you’ll own it:
Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale transformation initiatives
Strong background in strategy execution, business transformation or transformation consulting
Demonstrated ability to operate at executive leadership level, with confidence presenting complex topics clearly and concisely
Extensive experience producing high‑quality executive reporting, including progress, risks, issues and dependencies
Track record of defining complex business problems, identifying opportunities, and shaping effective solutions
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, changing and regulated environment
