As Relationship Manager, you will drive merchant advocacy and customer engagement within our Mid-Market book of business by acquiring, retaining and growing customer portfolio’s. This role is a blend of sales and retention, the most successful in Relationship Managers will be able to balance their time and turn retention conversations into sales conversations by tying customers into long term deals through the selling of new products and services.
