We’re looking for a Market Delivery Manager, South East Asia to join our dynamic Enterprise Product team in Singapore and help us unlock the potential of businesses worldwide.

The Enterprise Product team has bold ambitions to expand globally, and we are the driving force behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re known for in APAC. Striving for better, they never stand still—delivering impactful merchant experiences and capabilities that power transactions worldwide. We are an international team of dynamic, inquisitive, and proactive Market Delivery Managers and Product Managers. We are experts in Global Acquiring and Omni-channel solutions.
In this Market Delivery role, you will accelerate our geo-expansion plans as part of the Enterprise Product team. You will analyze and assess new market or product opportunities, lead cross-functional efforts by liaising with global teams across multiple locations, and deliver initiatives that ensure operational and commercial readiness of the product or market.
As a member of our APAC Enterprise Product team, you will be an internal and external champion driving the creation of product offering that provide top- and bottom-line benefits to our esteemed eCommerce and brick-and-mortar merchants in the world. You will work with Product managers, Commercial teams and other cross functional teams to build and maintain best-in-class products, capabilities, and services for our global Enterprise customers.

What you’ll own as the Market Delivery Manager
You will:
- Own your assigned market(s) and be accountable for their commercial viability, operational efficiency, business continuity, and market competitiveness.
- Track and improve your market’s profitability, volume, and transaction growth. Support regional commercial leadership and sales teams to expand their customer base in your market(s). Actively track and manage merchant pipelines for your markets and expedite merchant onboarding by assisting with training, documentation, etc., improving the overall merchant experience.
- Define and drive the product strategy and playbook for your market(s). Stay up to date with market innovations, competition, and regulatory changes. Analyze trends, assess profitability, prepare business cases, and pitch new products or business models to grow your market’s competitiveness and overall value proposition.
- Explore new market expansion or expand existing markets with new product capabilities by analyzing in-market, regional, and global trends. Create business cases, define MVPs, and value propositions for new market(s) or new product suites in existing market(s). Lead the gathering and crafting of operational, business, and commercial requirements, and align with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and viability of your initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of product delivery from initiation through launch of an initiative. Develop, define, and execute project plans, including scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, by working closely with Product Manager. Manage project initiation activities, including identifying contractual obligations and legal and regulatory requirements to meet client needs and goals.
- Manage and resolve project risks, issues, and progress to ensure project goals are met—meeting deadlines, scope, and quality.
- Coordinate project activities by aligning and interacting with sales, products, legal, compliance, risk, project management, service delivery, and other cross-functional teams.
- Conduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams, and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas for improvement.
- Interface with external clients and/or partners. Serve as liaison between Worldpay and external stakeholders (partners, vendors, clients, regulators, etc.). Manage the integration of partner/vendor/contractor tasks and track and review partner/vendor/contractor deliverables, ensuring alignment with company policies, governance, and controls.
- Manage business continuity for your market(s) and product suites. Support audits, compliance, legal reviews, and contract-renewals by liaising with respective functional teams.
- Identify opportunities, recommend, and implement solutions to improve the experience of internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, onboarding, accounting, finance, operations) and external partners (e.g., merchants, partners, vendors) by streamlining processes, resolving gaps, and minimizing cost and effort.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
- Strong understanding of the consumer payments landscape in Southeast Asian markets (including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines etc.), including knowledge of card schemes, alternative payment methods, and value-added services. Experience in merchant acquiring and the overall digital payments processing ecosystem.
- Proven experience managing and delivering projects or initiatives for large cross-border enterprise merchants or financial institutions operating in the omnichannel payments space (eCommerce and POS).
- Expertise in driving and managing complex projects or initiatives on a global scale, liaising with cross-functional teams (such as Product, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, etc.) across multiple geographies, time zones, and diverse cultural environments. Skilled in project management standards, governance processes, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling, data-driven analysis, and developing business cases and proposals.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities. Competent in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a matrix environment and successfully building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to collaborate, influence, and drive cross-functional teams and disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, or a similar role within the financial services sector, showcasing relevant experience, exposure, and skill sets.
- Degree in Business Management and/or other relevant qualifications.
