About the team
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, target driven Collection’s Advisors to join us in our vibrant Manchester Office in the ever-desirable area of Spinningfields, Manchester City Centre. Our newly refurbished offices host a friendly yet professional environment where successful candidates can develop and grow.

What you will be doing

Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department / function
Acting as a first point of contact for customers with outstanding arrears
Reinstating of Direct debits to adhere to our One Call Resolution aim
Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
Negotiating & setting up repayment arrangements
General administration duties
Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
Adhere to KPI's set by the business

What you will bring

We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in Collections (Late or Early Arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor, Credit Controller or similar
Strong customer service & communication skills with the ability to empathise with people
The ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Experienced working within a regulated organisation background
Polite telephone manner
Strong IT skills to navigate multiple platforms
Experience of working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook

Location: Manchester City Centre – Hybrid Working option available – Friday and two other day per week office based, 2 days working from home.

Competitive salary plus up to £500 per month commission based bonus scheme
