What you’ll own as – Systems Operations Analyst I
- Monitor payment processing platform & working on tickets.
- Inbound, Outbound calls for US customer, Incident bridges.
- Work on tickets & need to escalate depending on ticket severity.
What you bring
- Excellent communication skills, Prior knowledge of Service NOW, basic of mainframe, knowledge about payment.
- Excellent communication skills, Prior knowledge of Service NOW, basic of mainframe, knowledge about payment industry, prior Exp of supporting US customer over call, leadership skills,
- Min 2-3 years of experience in Service Now Monitoring, Tools Monitoring, Inbound/Outbound Calls, Incident Management
