Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sr. Director, Product Onboarding to join our ever-evolving Product Support Management team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as the Sr. Director, Product Onboarding
Lead the development and implementation of innovative onboarding solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Manage and mentor a team of product professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to enhance the onboarding journey.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for onboarding solutions, from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the onboarding processes.
Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize onboarding efficiency and accuracy.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the payments or financial services industry.
Experience in developing and managing onboarding processes or similar customer journey experiences.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
