What you'll own:
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing our strategic, Public Sector accounts. You'll play a key role in nurturing and expanding these relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with our internal teams to ensure our clients' success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and drive growth.
- Lead Account Strategy: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive account growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client technology and business strategies.
- Promote Worldpay Solutions: Advocate and sell Worldpay products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage Multi-Level Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships across various levels within client organizations, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
What you bring:
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience as a Relationship Manager in the Public Sector with FinTech or Payments experience
- Leadership Experience: At least 8 years of partnering with senior management and influencing key decisions
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and influence outcomes effectively
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport and conveying information clearly
- Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated track record of understanding clients' needs and translating them into new business opportunities
