We're looking for a Senior Sales Director (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive market growth, acquire new clients, and expand existing customer relationships.
Lead, coach, and develop high performing sales teams while driving collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, including commercial negotiations, contract execution, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting.
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships while identifying new business opportunities and driving market expansion.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to ensure sustainable revenue growth and achievement of business objectives.
Extensive leadership experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management within an international organization.
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth and new business acquisition.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading complex customer engagements.
Experience leading and developing high performing sales teams in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English.
Experience within the payments, financial services, or technology industry.
A Master's degree or equivalent advanced business qualification.
Experience managing strategic partnerships and complex enterprise sales opportunities.
