What you’ll own as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager
Own the integrated campaign strategy for our suite of products, ensuring every initiative drives measurable revenue growth and market penetration.
Create cohesive, multi-channel journeys that map target audiences to relevant content and tactics, ensuring a seamless experience for every prospect.
Drive maximum return on investment by optimizing campaign performance, leveraging data to refine tactics and accelerate conversion rates.
Influence business outcomes by providing clear, data-driven insights and goal pacing to senior leadership.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Sales Enablement teams to equip them with the insights and content needed to close deals effectively.
Build and expand our campaign reach by collaborating with international, field, and partner marketing teams to ensure global alignment and local impact.
Shape our financial success by managing campaign budgets, evaluating new vendor partnerships, and prioritizing investments that deliver the highest value.
Translate campaign metrics into strategic narratives, regularly presenting performance updates to leadership to inform future growth decisions.
What you’ll bring
Proven track record of designing and executing revenue-driven, B2B SaaS demand generation programs that deliver measurable success.
Deep expertise in integrated campaign architecture and the ability to masterfully navigate the complexities of the customer decision journey.
Exceptional ability to leverage analytics, marketing automation, and CRM platforms to turn raw data into powerful, actionable insights.
A collaborative, relationship-driven mindset that allows you to influence stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership levels.
A resourceful, self-motivated approach to problem-solving, with the discipline to own your objectives and achieve results with minimal oversight.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex performance findings in ways that inspire confidence and inform executive strategy.
Experience in payments, point-of-sale, or ecommerce environments is highly preferred.
