We’re looking for a Relationship Manager China, Corporate Accounts to join our ever-evolving enterprise team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as the Relationship Manager China, Corporate Accounts
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and high-potential emerging merchants
- Develop and execute holistic account strategies to drive revenue, payment volume (TPV), and long-term value, including expansion into cross-border markets and new payment use cases.
- Deepen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on payment strategy, performance optimization, and international growth.
- Drive commercial expansion through upsell and cross-sell of payment solutions, including local payment methods, global acquiring, value added solutions, etc.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions, resolve complex issues, and enhance merchant experience.
- Other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience managing corporate or mid-market client relationships within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services.
- Proven success in growing accounts and driving commercial outcomes, including increasing revenue, payment volume, and product adoption.
- Strong consultative and strategic selling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including cross-border payments, local payment methods, and enterprise commerce needs.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data to inform account strategy and performance optimization.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with experience working across regional and global stakeholders.

- Familiarity with payment performance optimization (e.g., authorization rates, conversion, fraud management).
