Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an Account Services Associate to join our ever-evolving Customer Experience team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own

Responsible in providing optimal service to Worldpay’s ecommerce merchants worldwide.
Amend and maintain configurations for active customers across Worldpay platforms and provide 1st line support to our internal stakeholders. By gaining technical expertise, you will be able to consult internal stakeholders such as the commercial and implementation teams on the amendments process.
Ensure Worldpay remains compliant throughout the setup process and meets it regulatory requirements.
Encourage great communication in the team by maintaining shared documents and systems and prioritizing workflows.
Other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

Possess tertiary education or equivalent
Ideally you will have worked in a data processing role before, but this is not essential.
Accurate, have a good work ethic and you are an energetic and positive contributor to the team.
Previous experience of working in an office environment is important, and you can demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and work to high quality standards and tight deadlines.
Able to challenge decisions when needed and work with good attention to detail, highly initiated and a great ability to problem solve.
A basic understanding of banking and finance principles will be an advantage.
