Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead the strategic implementation of our Embedded Finance Engine. This critical role will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive program risk framework that ensures rigorous risk management, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence across our embedded finance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will fulfill a hybrid role, working in the office two days per week, with our hubs located in Atlanta, GA, or Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Holistic Framework Development: Create an integrated program framework that combines risk management and stakeholder alignment.
- Risk Appetite & Assessment: Establish protocols for assessing and managing risk for embedded finance products.
- Operational & Compliance Gaps: Identify and address any operational and compliance gaps across initiatives.
Stakeholder and Process Coordination
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal and external teams to:
- Assess regulatory and partner compliance requirements.
- Implement process improvements.
- Align operational practices across embedded finance solutions.
- Relationship Management: Drive successful relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across all embedded finance initiatives.
Risk and Performance Management
- Control Testing & Reporting: Design and implement robust control testing protocols, key performance indicators (KPIs), and risk indicators (KRIs).
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor program performance and provide actionable risk insights through comprehensive reporting frameworks.
- Key Risk Focus: Identify, prioritize, and manage key risks associated with the embedded finance program to ensure its success and sustainability.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
- Professional Experience: 5-7 years of program management experience in the financial technology sector.
- Risk Management Expertise: Proven expertise in developing risk management frameworks.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial regulations and technology ecosystems.
- Analytical Skills: Strategic analytical thinking.
- Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder communication abilities.
- Compliance Navigation: Expertise in navigating regulatory compliance.
- Risk Assessment: Proficiency in compliance and risk assessment.
