Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Bid Management Specialist to join our technology team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as the Bid Management Specialist
The successful candidate will be a talented and experienced Bid Management Specialist with a track record of producing compliant, compelling, and successful bids for large enterprise clients/prospects.
Working with members of Sales & Commercial teams, Solutions Consultants, Legal, and Pricing teams to develop RFP support, putting together winning responses.
Responsible for producing professionally written proposals that clearly articulate our Worldpay value proposition. The responses should follow our tone of voice, copy guidelines, and brand, while being clearly tailored for these prospective clients.
This is a collaborative role that requires the ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll bring
5+ years’ experience developing successful proposals.
Professional level of written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
Familiar with the ways large corporate tenders are usually presented, often made of multiple, complex compliance requirements.
Skilled at coordinating cross‑functional teams from intake to submission, ensuring all stakeholders contribute required material and follow agreed timelines.
Ability to think strategically about Worldpay—our mission and values, products, and roadmap—to translate these into persuasive, tailored public sector proposals that differentiate Worldpay as the partner of choice.
Must have dynamic interpersonal skills and be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships across the business. We’re looking for someone with a passion for collaboration, accuracy, and driving high‑quality outcomes.

Industry background is highly desirable from the successful candidate, enabling you to develop win themes and discriminators for Financial Services/Payments proposals
Proficiency in problem solving and time management, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and begin adding value early
Self‑starter mindset with a passion for learning, development, and process improvement
Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or other proposal management software
Salesforce experience

The Enterprise RFP Team at Worldpay manages Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for enterprise existing clients and prospective clients from all around the world. Working hand in hand with our Sales and Commercial teams and Solutions Consultants, the team manages circa $600 million worth of RFPs per year.
